What is the process once I have pre-booked a consultation call?
Once you have made an appointment, we will then be in touch with you to confirm and organise a call, to discuss in more detail about your event needs.
During the consultation call, we will gather and plan all of the details for your event and finalise your package quote.
If you’re happy to proceed, we will send your contract to review and sign and request a 50% non refundable booking fee to secure your event date. The remaining full balance is due to be paid no later than 2 weeks prior to your event.
To ensure that we have everything fully prepared for your event day, we will check in 1 week prior to your event to make sure we have all the final details covered.
On the day of your special event, we will be there capturing all of your memorable content for the day including photographs and videos.
Within 24 hours, you will receive all of your content ready for you to relive and share with loved ones!
